Physical goods — not sold yet
CNXT does not sell physical goods yet. Devices and other physical catalog items are shown as previews and cannot be ordered, so there is nothing to send back and no physical return process. Before any physical item goes on sale, this page will state its return window, condition rules, and how to send it back.
Digital editions & software
These terms cover digital purchases on CNXT: 1-of-1 CNXTAPP editions (the /apps pages) and software purchases. Digital purchases are delivered to your account, so there is nothing to ship back. The seller is CNXT The Central Desk.
A 1-of-1 edition is delivered the moment it settles: it is recorded to your account and its runtime is provisioned. An edition you buy from CNXT — with your CNXTPaY wallet, or by card or Google Pay — can be returned within 10 days of purchase while it is untouched, for an automatic full refund to the original payment method. Your Orders shows each returnable edition with its return deadline.
Untouched means the edition is still on your account from that purchase, no money has moved into or out of its value rail or its treasury, and no stake in it has been offered. Launching the edition or setting its prices doesn't count as touching it.
Returning releases the edition from your account and ends its runtime. A wallet purchase is refunded at once, to the same balances it was paid from, and the owner-operator financing credited when you bought it is reversed — if your wallet's cash can't cover that reversal, add funds first. A card or Google Pay purchase is refunded in full to the card and usually posts within 5–10 business days, depending on your issuer.
This return window applies to editions bought after it took effect. Editions bought earlier, editions acquired at no charge or from another member, purchases an agent makes for you under a spending mandate, and software purchases other than editions are final once delivered and are not returnable for change of mind. Releasing an edition ends your control of it without a refund — inside the window, return it instead.
- How to return — open Your Orders, choose Editions, and select Return on the edition. The refund starts at once; there is nothing to send back.
- Charged but not delivered — if the edition or software was not recorded to your account after you were charged, you get a full refund.
- Charged twice — a duplicate charge for the same item is refunded in full.
- Wrong amount — if you were charged more than the price shown on the product page at the time of purchase, the difference is refunded.
- How to ask — for anything else, contact support by phone (+1 (650) 307-5424) or email (data@centralbanks.app) with the item and the receipt from Your Orders. Refunds return to the original payment method: CNXTPaY wallet refunds are available at once; card refunds usually post within 5–10 business days, depending on your issuer.
